Ventana has two tasting rooms to experience their Estate Grown,
award-winning wines. The original tasting room is located
just minutes from the Laguna-Seca Raceway on Highway 68.
Our second Tasting room is at the winery in Soledad and offers
the sights, sounds and aromas of wine in production. Come
see why Ventana Vineyards has won awards and acclaim both for its
wonderful wines and for its friendly and entertaining
staff. We love to share our wines and more than thirty
years worth of fascinating stories about wine grapes and Monterey
County.
Family owned and operated since 1982, this French-style Chateau
rests on sixteen acres amongst plush vineyards and oak-studded
mountains in beautiful Carmel Valley, a short 15 minutes from the
Monterey Peninsula. Guests are welcome daily to taste
hand-crafted Private Reserve wines, flagship Merlot and limited
release Proprietary blends from the soils of Monterey
County. A magnificent setting for picnicking on the Garden
Cobblestone Courtyard or touring the Estate grounds and
winemaking facilities.

The focus of Bernardus is to create wines that flatter the palate
and stimulate the imagination. Our Marinus Estate Bordeaux-style
red wine is the centerpiece of Ben Pon’s dream. It is
complemented by Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc from
cool coastal climate vineyards. We also offer limited bottlings
of small production and vineyard designate wines, which are
available exclusively through the tasting room and wine
club…taste a dream.
