The schedule for the 55th consecutive year of racing at world renowned Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca has been modified, moving the Continental Tire Sports Car Festival, powered by Mazda from a previously announced July date to its new date of September 7-9, 2012.

“Historically the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series has visited our facility earlier in the season,” said Gill Campbell, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca CEO/general manager. ”With this change to a later date, they will be vying for the championship and have more on the line as they compete at our venue. This will certainly making for more nail-biting race action for the fans.”
